The Client Dashboard is where Plexum clients can get support for their Licensed Plexum Software & web hosting account. Clients can download licensed software, submit support tickets, manage billing (e.g. make payments, suspend or cancel account), upgrade software, upgrade web hosting account, expand software with add-on modules, etc...

Premium Support

New clients will receive a block of support credits with activation of the Plexum software. Use these credits to get familiar with the software. If or when allocated support credits are depleted you may purchase additional block of credits.
