Question: How long will it take to get my Plexum Professional software up and running?
Answer: If our configuration service is purchased, it usually takes 5-7 business days to get you up and running.

Question: Does Plexum Professional have a Shopping Cart?
Answer: Yes, Plexum Professional features a tight integrated Shopping Cart add-on module. [Learn more..]

Question: Can I buy or use my existing shopping cart with Plexum Professional?
Answer: Yes, if your existing shopping cart can display transaction information on the transaction completion page or have the ability to post transaction information (e.g. transaction amount, order no. transaction id, etc...) to an external commission tracking software (e.g. Affiliate Program, etc...).

Question: Can I import my existing members into Plexum database?
Answer: Yes. It's as simple as placing your existing member database in an ASCII text or CSV file and uploading it to Plexum from the Administrative Back Office.

Question: Can I customize Plexum Back Office?
Answer: Yes. The look and feel can be controlled using Plexum Skin Manager, which will allow you to customize color scheme, back office header logo image, etc...

Question: What are the genealogy types Plexum Professional support?
Answer: Plexum Professional supports Uni-Level, Australian X-Up, and Forced Matrix Genealogy Structure.

Question: How many web pages can I replicate with Plexum Professional?
Answer: With Plexum, you can replicate as many web pages as you wish (unlimited), as long as your server can handle the work load.

Question: How many members can Plexum Professional handle?
Answer: As many as your web server and MySQL database server can handle. Of course, results may vary based on server processor and allocated memory. However, officially Plexum Professional has been tested many times and work efficiently with over 50,000 members and un-officially, well in the 100s of thousands.

Question: Can members on Plexum Professional upload photos and images to their replicated web pages?
Answer: Yes. This is an optional setting for the Plexum administrator to allow members to have the ability to upload photos and images to their replicated pages and also have full control to the limit of photos and images that can be uploaded per member.

Question: Can I use Plexum Professional for membership, digital and retail sales commission tracking?
Answer: Yes, digital and retail sales commission can be tracked with the use of a Shopping Cart, please see Plexum Professional Shopping Cart add-on module.

Question: What are the payment processors supported on Plexum Professional?
Answer: At the present time, Plexum Professional supports over 20 major integrated payment processor gateway. Click here to see the list of compatible payment processor.

Question: What compensation plans do Plexum Profesional support?
Answer: Plexum Professional supports General compensation (e.g. Uni-level pay plan, Forced Matrix Pay Plan, Forced Matrix with Recycling Pay Plan, Australian 1 up, Australian 2 up Pay Plan, etc...), if you are not sure of which of these that support your pay structure, it is advisable to contact your sales representative on your particular pay structure.

Question: What are the system requirements to run Plexum Professional?
Answer: Plexum Professional will run well on any server that meet Plexum requirements on (http://www.plexum.com/products/professional/requirements.html). However, Plexum Web Hosting package servers is equipped with requirements needed to run Plexum Professional efficiently. Please click here for details.

Question: Would it be cheaper if I host Plexum Professional on my own server?
Answer: Though it may be cheaper to host it yourself, but not recommended unless you are experienced with web servers and Plexum software. The benefits of hosting with us is the peace of mind that your Plexum software is being run on servers that are specifically designed for it and will run it efficiently. Question: Can I lease Plexum Professional even if i want to host it on my own server?
Answer: Yes, with lease or outright purchase option, Plexum Professional can be installed on any web hosting desired, that is compatible with Plexum Professional requirements.

Question: If I lease Plexum Professional, can I purchase the software outright when my company can afford to buy Plexum Professional outright?
Answer: At any point of your lease you can elect to terminate your lease in favor of outright purchase of Plexum Professional without penalty or cancellation fees.

Question: If I lease Plexum Professional, will the payments made towards leasing be credited to outright purchase?
Answer: The payment made towards lease of Plexum Professional cannot be used for outright purchase.

Question: If I change from leasing to outright purchase of Plexum Professional, will I have to install everything again? Am I going to lose my data?
Answer: Transferring from leasing to outright purchase does not require re-installation of Plexum Professional and you are not going to lose any data.

Question: Is there any other purchasing method other than leasing and one-time (outright purchase) payment options?
Answer: Yes, we do offer one additional option (Flexible Payment), which you can split outright purchase payment up to 6 months.

Question: Does Plexum charge per user or is the license unlimited?
Answer: Plexum does not charge per user, Plexum Professional license grants you unlimited users.

Question: Are there any hidden fees involving the purchase of Plexum Professional?
Answer: Plexum has no hidden fees, and everything you see detailed on our website is what you get. However, custom/customization request may attract additional fees and charges.

Question: Can we have custom languages for Plexum Professional front-end and back-end?
Answer: Yes, the Members Back Office is translatable and of course the website that it's replicated for members is as well, but the Administrative Back Office is not translatable.

Question: What are the support types available for Plexum Professional?
Answer: Support is provided for Plexum software via online support ticketing system, Telephone, Online Documentation, and Online forums.

Question: Can I hire Plexum to design the web pages that I want to replicate for my members?
Answer: Plexum does not have in-house web designer. However, we can refer you to a web design company to help.

Question: Will I pay for Plexum Professional version upgrades?
Answer: Upgrades are included in all of our optional support (PlexCare) packages. Our entire software package comes with some sort of free support package. Please check the support (PlexCare) package on the software package you are leasing or purchasing.

Question: What type of support comes with the purchase of Plexum Professional?
